By using the ProperBase Loom website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
ProperBase Loom provides information about bead weaving courses and a browser-based interface for saving course IDs and preparing a cart review. A displayed cart is not confirmation of payment or enrollment.
3. Responsible use
You must use the website lawfully, avoid interference with its operation, respect other users, and avoid attempting to access systems or data not intended for you.
4. Intellectual property
ProperBase Loom branding, original written lessons, layouts, and course materials belong to ProperBase Loom or its licensors. You may use purchased or authorized materials for personal learning and may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without permission.
5. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but information may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We do not promise a specific learning outcome.
6. Third-party services
The site may link to tools or services outside our control. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. The prototype cart does not process live payments.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, ProperBase Loom is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website, interruption, browser storage failure, or reliance on general course information.
